I have a number of flair pucks that have been working for a few years. Two of them are now exhibiting a behavior in which any rotation of the dial causes the set point to jump to 89. Once it does this, it stays there.

When did you open the ticket? I’ve been using Flair for a couple of years and in that time it has not been clear that there is any ongoing engineering happening on the software. N updates to mobile.

I'm seeing my gateway pucks do dns lookups on api.flair.co every few seconds. Is this a known issue? Thanks.
