User profile for James C. – Flair

Hey everybody, We appreciate all of our active customers on this forum and have definitely heard your requests for an 8x14 Smart Vent. We have a demand database where we track demand for new sizes.

• Hi James, I am sorry to see this happened to your Puck. I am going to create a support ticket for you, and a member of our support team will reach out to you directly. Thanks for being a valued Flair customer.

• Hi Kevin Zhu and Lily And Shaun Resemius, If you have any ongoing issues or further questions, please email our support team at support@flair.co, and we will be happy to help you out. Thank you for your patience.

• Hi Dan Walker, I can't say for certain if or when we will manufacture 4x8 Smart Vents, but I did add your request to our demand database. If and when we do begin manufacturing a 4x8, you will receive updates.

• Mike Kowalczyk and Evan Adams, Chuck Askew is right. Events in your Flair schedule have a higher priority in our hierarchy than the readings from ecobee sensors. Please create an active event in your schedule.

• Hi Kevin Zhu, I see that your Honeywell T6 is already integrated into your Flair home. Are you familiar with the Home Assistant/Flair integration developed by Robert Drinovac? It was not developed by us, but it may be useful.

• Timothy A Nei, We created a support ticket for you. A member of our team will reach out to get some details regarding your issue and help resolve this. Regards, The Flair Team.

• One of the amazing new features of our 2nd-generation Flair Puck, aka Puck 2, is the Auto Remote Lookup feature. Finding the right code set to control your IR device or mini split can be tricky, but this feature helps simplify that.

• Hi Martin Martinez, We have a database where we track demand for various integrations. I have created a support ticket for you and linked it to the ticket requesting an integration with the Aqara thermostat.

• Hi Benson Margulies, There is some nuance here that we need to discuss. I am going to create a support ticket from this post and we will be in touch. Regards, The Flair Team.
