User profile for KC Madsen – Flair

• @Burt, I returned my Flair vents 2 years ago because of this issue. Speaking with Flair support, we assumed my problem was due to interference with zwave devices in my home. Has Flair solved this problem?

• I opened a support ticket with Flair, below is their response:

Q) Vent motor runs several times a minute when there is no need to open or close— what is it doing?

This is due to the Flair Smart Vent's programming.

• Ive submitted these questions to tech support via the flair iOS app, but no response yet. My return window is soon to close, so posting here hoping for a quicker response.

  My setup: 1 puck, 2 flair.
