User Comments About IFTTT Compatibility

• Do you guys have any update on IFTTT compatibility? I'd still really love to be able to trigger a smart outlet based on the temperature in a room.

• I'd love to know if Flair is planning to create this integration. If not, I will need to buy a z-wave home hub and a temperature sensor. But if so... then I will just hold off and wait patiently.

• I'd also love IFTTT integration. I want to use a smart outlet to trigger a space heater in a room that is notoriously cold if a puck drops below a certain temp.

• I've found some settings that work for me. I turn off the home/away mode (manual, my nest can control that), set point mode is all rooms, hold duration is forever, and set point controller is there.

• Joe, I'm sure there's a theoretical limit, but I don't see any limits within the app itself.

• Thanks for the reply! It sounds like I'd enjoy getting API access. I'll have to look into it. I only have Flair in one room, a windowless basement, and was hoping it would help prevent overcooling.

• It wouldn't be difficult to build a plenum box over top of your round output that had a standard opening for a rectangular vent in it.

• I'll second Steve's comment. Updates let us know that work is being put into sustaining and improving the ecosystem.

• I'd read the Mitsubishi unit manual; if all else fails, desolder the beeper.
