Aww dang I missed that - my bad. Well shoot was hoping there’s some steps to try because they have been working until we hard wired them. Others took to hard wiring just fine but a few still offline.

Not helpful if you don’t share what they did to fix it. I’m having the same issue with a few of my smart vents - others online just fine.
