Set Point Hold

The most common type of hold you will encounter when using Flair is a Set Point Hold. A Set Point Hold is created when the set point for a room is updated manually. This can be done by changing the room's set point in the Flair App or rotating the Puck assigned to the room.

All holds are established with a set duration. The duration of the holds for your home is dictated by a setting known as the "Default Hold Duration" This setting can be found in the Home Settings -> System Settings menu and has 5 options:

• Until next scheduled event
• 3 hours
• 8 hours
• 24 hours
• Forever (these holds are in place "forever", i.e. until you manually clear them)

In the example below the Office has a 67°F set point hold with a duration of "Forever".
