Yes, Flair supports multi-zone solutions for central and mini split systems.

For multi-zone mini splits, pair one Puck with each head unit, and enable IR Device Mode Lock to lock the heads into the same mode.

For multi-zone central systems, add a thermostat to Flair for each thermostat controlled zone in your home. Then associate zones with the rooms they control.
