Incentives:

Residential Air Source Heat Pump Incentive:

$250 per ton, up to $15,000 combined incentive for qualifying models.

Residential Energy Optimization Incentive:

$500 per ton, up to $15,000 combined incentive for qualifying models.

A $250 per ton bonus for UI customers using heat pumps as the primary heat source to displace natural gas, oil, propane, or electric baseboard heating.

Eligibility:

Residential electric customers of Eversource or United Illuminating (UI).

Flair Puck Pro: Required for each mini split head unit and the Flair app must be digitally integrated with a smart Wi-Fi thermostat (Honeywell, ecobee or Nest).
Flair Bridge Pro: Compatible with all brands of boilers and electric baseboard heating. Communicates via RF with the Flair Puck Pros controlling each mini split.

Massachusetts

Incentive:

$500 per indoor unit, up to $1,500. More information can be found here.

Flair Puck Pro: One Flair Puck Pro is required for each mini split head unit and the Flair app must be digitally integrated with one of the following thermostats to accomplish integrated controls.
- Honeywell: All models of their smart Wi-Fi enabled thermostats that work with the Honeywell Home and Total Home Connect Apps.
- ecobee: All models of their smart Wi-Fi enabled thermostats that work with the ecobee app.
- Nest: All models of their smart Wi-Fi enabled thermostats that work with the Google Home app.
Bridge Pro: Requires one Bridge Pro which is compatible with all brands of boilers and electric baseboard heating and communicates through our onboard radio frequency with the Flair Puck Pros (FLAIRPUCK001P) controlling each mini split head unit to accomplish integrated controls.

Incentives:

Hybrid Heat Residential Programs:

Upgrade to qualifying equipment and include integrated controls to get up to a $2,000 rebate for a single-zone household OR up to a $4,000 rebate for a two-zone household.

Dual fuel thermostat/integrated controls are required, or existing fossil fuel heating systems must be removed. If there is an existing fossil fuel heating system, the heat pump must be the primary heat system and fossil fuel is secondary.
